A 30-day deep dive into your reporting, structure and cashflow. This is where we create the clarity and roadmap that everything else is built on.

- FIXED FEE
Step 3
Fractional CFO or Expansion Program
If there’s a clear fit, we move into Fractional CFO Core (3+ months) or the Capital & Expansion Program (6 months) to execute and scale with structure.
- USD $8 K - $10 K / MONTH
- FUSD $12K - $16 K / MONTH
All work is scoped upfront. No hidden hours, no surprise add-ons. You always know what we’re working on and why.
