CFO Diagnostic & Strategy Blueprint

A 30-day deep dive into your reporting, structure and cashflow. This is where we create the clarity and roadmap that everything else is built on.

USD $6,000 FIXED FEE

Step 3

Fractional CFO or Expansion Program

If there’s a clear fit, we move into Fractional CFO Core (3+ months) or the Capital & Expansion Program (6 months) to execute and scale with structure.

USD $8 K - $10 K / MONTH USD $12K - $16 K / MONTH
